KS3 Food and Nutrition recipes

In Year 8 all students follow a course in Food & Nutrition as one of the core Design & Technology subjects. They learn about hygienic and safe working in a kitchen; the skills and techniques to make a range of dishes that can be adapted to different tastes and provide healthy family meals, and about nutrition and how to have a balanced diet. We're shared most of the recipes here for dishes learned in year 8 so students can cook and develop them at home.
