  • Empowering parents to be able to have conversations with their children around self-harming behaviour
  • Conceptualising the SH behaviour as a communication, risk taking behaviour, a coping mechanism.
  • What are the protective factors and risk factors (what helps / behaviours the children display to mask SH/ myths/ not focusing on why it happens)
