As Year 11s and Year 13s approach exam season, it's important to look after your stress levels.
We recognise that exams can be stressful and overwhelming for our students and their parents/carers.
Our Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) designed this booklet to help you and your young person understand stress and find some healthy ways to get through the exam season.
