Dear Parent/Carer,

Exam results day and enrolment – Thursday 20 August

We would like to take this opportunity to update you on exam results day and enrolment this year. Results day will be on Thursday 20 August and enrolment will take place online, on the same day once results have been collected by students.

Subject to delivery, yearbooks and hoodies will also be available for collection for those who have

ordered them.

Exam results day

The current situation has required us to rethink how we enable students to access their results this year. So that social distances measures can put in place safely, we are requesting groups of students to attend at allotted times and to enter the school through different entrances. This will be done based on tutor groups. Please see details below:

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we will not be permitting parents on-site when students come to collect their results. If your child is unable to collect their results on Thursday 20 August, they will need to complete the online form below from their school email address:

Click here to access the link.

Students who are unable to attend will be sent their results in the post. This may result in them missing out on a place at the sixth form or on their chosen subjects.

There will be access to support if required on results day and this will take place in the afternoon. Further details of how your child can access this support will be sent out on results day.

Sixth form enrolment

We have decided this year’s enrolment will be taking place online. We will be sending out further instructions on this process in the week leading up to exam results day. Once your child has received their results, they will be required to complete an online form which will then be checked by a member of the sixth form team. They will then be informed of the outcome. Further details of the exact timing of this process will be sent to you and your child in the instructions leading up to results day.

Students who do not collect their results on the day must inform the school by completing the link above informing the school. Students will be unable to complete their enrolment without their results, therefore putting their place at the sixth form or being offered places on their chosen subjects at risk.
